australian ironbark honey

Our honey comes from the Blue Mountains National Park in New South Wales, Australia, about an hour out of Sydney. Ironbark has a richer, more buttery and woody flavour than your classic honey. Raw honey is not heated or treated in any way, retaining all its natural vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes. Our apiarist is in conversion to organic certification and this honey is 100% chemical and pesticide-free. Raw honey may crystallise, place the jar in warm water to soften.
