This nutrient-rich clay is great for exfoliating and cleansing your skin, toning and strengthening connective tissues, stimulating blood circulation, drawing out toxins and feeding your skin without leaving it feeling dry or tight. To make a quick face mask simply mix 1 tablespoon clay to 1-2 tablespoons water depending on how thick you want it. Apply the paste to your slightly damp face and leave on for between 5-10 minutes. Rinse and moisturise. You can also use this clay in recipes for bath bombs and body and face scrubs. As clays have natural metals in them, keep them away from metal items such as steel spoons, as it may damage the level of minerals. For external use only and avoid contact with eyes. Patch test before use, discontinue if irritation occurs. Store in an airtight container in a cool and dry place.
