A delicate cinnamon chai with light flavours of ginger, cloves, cardamom and star anise. Chai is a fantastic, naturally sweet tea because of its lovely cinnamon flavour. For a single-serve boil 1 tbsp in 200ml of water for 10-20 min, then add 200ml of milk and strain the spices. For some added sweetness, it's flavours work beautifully with some raw honey! If you'd like an extra kick you can also add some black tea which is a great option for a morning cup of chai. Store all pantry items in a cool, dry place, in an airtight container.
