Adds a citrusy, fresh flavour to teas, stir-fries, salad dressings, and marinades. Lemongrass helps support a healthy digestive system and can soothe coughs and symptoms of the common cold through its antibacterial properties. Blends very well with ginger and peppermint teas. To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (90C) for 3-5 minutes. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
