Rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre, protein and cholesterol-free. Great for Mexican dishes, soups and curries or even a healthy bean dip. To prepare, wash the beans and soak in a large pot of water for 5-10 hours. Then drain the water and replace with fresh water, using at least 4 times the amount of water to beans. Cook until tender and soft. Store dried beans in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
