A native Australian herb that has a reputation as a powerful antiseptic and anti-viral agent that can destroy disease-carrying disturbances and infections. A great option during a cold. Lemon myrtle has a strong, beautiful aroma that can be very calming. It is naturally caffeine-free. Tastes beautiful on its own or mixed with other herbal teas served hot or cold. To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (90C) for 2-3 minutes. If you would like it cold, follow the same steps and then allow to cool before placing in the fridge. Store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place.
