Unmilled slender grain rice with a strong, nutty flavour. The perfect addition to braises, vegetables or in a pilaff giving a delicious, nutty firm texture. To cook, rinse the rice and add to a pot with twice the amount of water to rice. Cook for 35-45 minutes, adding a bit more water if needed until the rice is cooked and the water is fully absorbed. Store dried rice in an airtight container, and keep in a cool, dry place.
