Spearmint makes a great after meal cuppa to help cleanse the palate and aid digestion. It is known to assist in reducing digestive complaints of nausea, indigestion and flatulence. May also relieve bad breath and motion sickness. To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (90C) for 3-5 minutes. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
