A classic Italian mushroom that packs a punch! A little goes a long way. These mushrooms work perfectly in pasta sauce and risotto. To cook, rinse well and soak for 15 mins in warm water, not hot water. The water can then be used as stock and also added in once the mushrooms soften. Porcini mushrooms have a nutty and earthy flavour. They are high in protein, vitamin A and vitamin C. Store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place.
