Rose petals make for a beautiful tea that is rich in antioxidants and is said to improve menstrual pain and cramps. They can also be used to garnish your modern culinary creations or add to tea blends or bath salts for that beautiful rose flavour or aroma. You can make a strong brew by boiling 2-3 tablespoons of rose petals in a pot for 5-10 minutes, alternatively, you can let steep in hot water for 3-5 minutes. Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
