Smoked salts are sea salt flakes that have been infused with smoke from real, untreated wood, with no artificial flavours or colours used in the process. Our smoked sea salt is a natural Marlborough solar sea salt smoked over Manuka wood fires then tumble roasted with smoked garlic, shallots, coriander and mustard seeds and a dash of soy sauce and chilli flakes. This delicious blend is great for marinading meats for that char-grilled taste or adding a smokey flavour to any dish. Use in soups, seafood, pasta, veggies, sauces and egg dishes. Like all salt, this should be consumed in moderation. Store in an airtight container in a cool and dry place.
