4 Ingredient Pancakes

A delicious 4 ingredient pancake recipe that makes whipping up pancakes even easier! Top with strawberry chia jam, fresh almond butter, maple syrup, activated pecans and of course @scoopwholefoods very own organic vegan coconut yoghurt!


Ingredients
  • Pancakes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 organic free range eggs
  • Optional:
  • 1 tsp gf baking powder (for extra fluffiness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for extra flavour)

Directions

1. Blend everything in your food processor until you have a reasonably smooth batter. 2. Add a little coconut oil to your non-stock fry pan on med-high heat. 3. Pour out batter and shake pan slightly to spread or use your spatula/spoon. 4. Flip when golden and lots of bubbles appear.
