Apple Bircher Muesli

Start the day with your best foot forward with this divine Australian Apple Bircher Muesli. Packed with fibre, it will feel you full and energised throughout the morning. Great for batch preparing if you love your breakfast on the go.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 4 large dried Australian apple rings
  • Optional honey to sweeten


Slice the dried apple rings into shreds. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour in your milk and stir till combined. Leave in the fridge overnight. Drizzle with honey in the morning and serve with yoghurt or just on its own.
