Antioxidant rich, creamy rice porridge.
Soak the rice overnight in filtered water, then strain and rinse and place in a saucepan with the milk, spices, honey and salt. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer, place the lid on and cook gently for 10-15 mins until milk is absorbed and you have a nice porridge consistency. Serve with some more milk, fresh fruit, chopped nuts and a drizzle of honey or coconut nectar.
