Blueberry Chia Jam

Chia jam is a perfect, low sugar alternative to regular store-bought jams! Super easy to make and tastes great added to toast, porridge or desserts. You can use any berries but we used blueberries for this one.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp water (4 if using fresh berries)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

Simply add berries to a pot with water on low heat and cook until broken down. Add maple syrup and stir in. Remove from the heat, add the chia seeds and leave to set for 20mins before adding to a jar and placing in the fridge. Use within 1 week.
