Sugar and spice and all things nice! These holiday-inspired candied nuts are the perfect addition to your cheese platters, Christmas desserts or even as a homemade gift. You can use any nuts you like, we did a mix of almonds, pecans, cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts and brazil nuts.
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place the raw nuts in a bowl and add the spices and mix thoroughly. Add the maple syrup and cover the nuts. Place on a lined baking tray and bake for ~10-15 minutes until crisp and golden. Enjoy with your cheese platters or on top of your breakfast.
