Cinnamon Pancakes

These are a must try! A seriously good recipe that are some of the best pancakes you've ever had!

  • Pancakes
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 cup natural coconut yoghurt
  • 1 organic free range egg / chia egg
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp maple sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp true cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


1. Blend everything in food processor until smooth. 2. Heat non-stock pan to med-high heat. 3. Pour into circles and flip when ready for a few seconds. 4. Add to warm oven to keep warm or build up your stacks on the plates. 5. Serve with nut butter, coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, a sprinkle of cacao nibs and maple syrup or anything you like!
