Face & Body Wash
by @scoopwholefoodsA simple face and body wash that naturally cleanses the skin without any harsh chemicals.
Ingredients
- 900ml castile liquid soap
- 80ml water
- 30g natural salt of choice
- 10 drops of essential oil of choice
Directions
Gently warm the soap base to between 40 and 50 oC, then turn off the heat. Whilst slowly stirring, add the essential oils. Completely dissolve salt in the water by boiling it in a separate pot on the stove. Slowly add the hot saltwater solution to the scented soap whilst stirring for a couple of minutes. Allow to cool before decanting. Keep in an air-tight container to prevent a skin from forming.
