Herb Chilli Infused Oil

Making an artisanal style infused oil is easy with our award-winning Scoop Olive Oils and our range of premium herbs & spices. Our olive oil is extra-virgin cold-pressed from the Murray River and Mudgee regions of New South Wales. They both have a brilliant flavour character and taste divine in cooking or just as a dip for fresh sourdough!

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Sourdough bread for dipping


Combine oil, herbs, chilli, and salt in a bowl. You can enjoy it straight away or leave it for a couple of hours covered to let the flavours infuse into the oil. Dip sourdough bread into your oil mixture and enjoy!
