This masala pasta is the perfect fusion of Indian spices with a delicious fiery tomato sauce.
Heat a pan and add olive oil. Saute garlic and onion until caramelised. Add in diced tomatoes and stir to combine. Add capsicum and carrot and cook until vegetables are cooked through. Add garam masala and chilli paste and stir. Add in cooked pasta and toss through. Take off heat and stir through coriander leaves. Serve with protein of your choice.
