If you don’t have tigernut flour or hemp seeds you can leave them out, they just add a boost of omegas and nutrients as well as a good dose of prebiotics. Simply blend all ingredients until smooth, pour into a jar and you’re ready to go to work! Or pour into your bowl and top with anything you like, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, toasted coconut, or chia jam.
