Maca Pancakes

Switch up your weekend pancake stack with this delicious stack supercharged with our Scoop favourite Organic Maca Powder. It gives a delicious caramel-like flavour and pairs perfectly with the healthy fats in our Scoop Ghee to make a hormone happy pancake stack.

Ingredients
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 egg (can swap for chia or flax egg)
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 2-3 tsp of coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • ghee or coconut oil for cooking
  • maple syrup, nut butter and berries to top

Directions

Place all the ingredients together in a blender and combine until smooth. Grease a saucepan on medium heat with our Scoop Ghee or coconut oil and pour in your desired amount of batter. Cook until bubbles appear and it has a matte appearance then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Top with peanut butter, yoghurt, berries and maple syrup!
