Ingredients
  • 120ml olive or almond oil
  • 120ml fractionated coconut oil
  • 30 drops lavender essential oil
  • 30 drops eucalyptus essential oil
  • 25 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 20 drops ginger or lemongrass essential oil

Directions

Pour carrier oils into a dark coloured bottle. Add essential oils and shake bottle to mix everything together. Store in a cool dark place for up to 12 months. Use on skin or as a bath oil.
