You can't get a better combination than matcha and white chocolate. Paired with the fresh strawberries it makes a really divine dessert! You can make these vegan by using vegan white chocolate.
Melt the white chocolate in a bowl using a pot of boiling water with a bowl on top. Once the chocolate is melted remove from the heat and sift in 1 tsp matcha. Evenly coat the strawberries and place them on a lined baking tray. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy!
