Matcha Yoghurt Bark

This low sugar yoghurt bark is the perfect afternoon snack or dessert. Top with your favourite granola and fresh berries for some extra crunch!

  • 1/2 cup greek or natural yoghurt (plus extra 1/3 cup to spread plain as a base)
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or any other liquid sweetener)
  • Granola + berries to top


In a bowl mix together the greek yoghurt, matcha powder, maple syrup until combined. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the plain greek yoghurt over thinly to cover the whole tray. Place the matcha yoghurt in small dollops over the tray and swirl through. Top with granola and berries of your choice and freeze for at least 30 minutes
