A healthy alternative to the Australian favourite, 'Vegemite'.


Ingredients
  • 210g black tahini
  • 1/2 cup tamari
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3 tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

Blend or whisk together until smooth. This makes a big batch so feel free to half the recipe. It’s also quite salty like the original, so if you’re not keen on too much salt, use a little less tamari, or add it slowly until you’re happy.
