Peanut Butter and Jam Chia Pudding

Want a secret to making the perfect chia pudding? Use fresh almond milk, and add natural or vanilla coconut yoghurt for extra creaminess! Pair it with a freshly made raspberry chia jam and @scoopwholefoods fresh peanut butter for a heavenly combo! Not to mention it is also a breakfast that is really high in protein and fibre, a great way to start the day! This recipe is also toddler friendly!

Ingredients
  • 5 tbsp organic chia seeds
  • 2 cups fresh milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp natural or vanilla coconut yoghurt
  • Chia jam & fresh peanut butter to serve

Directions

Add chia seeds, milk and maple syrup to a bowl and whisk to combine. Place in fridge and return to whisk it again after approx 15mins. Leave overnight. The next morning add the coconut yoghurt and mix well. Add to bowls and top with chia jam and peanut butter, or your favourite toppings.
