Prebiotic Maca Smoothie

A powerful dose of prebiotics with a mild caramel flavour.


Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 mango cheek
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 tsp honey/coconut nectar
  • 2 tsp tahini/ nut butter
  • 1-2 tsp raw maca powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp tigernut flour

Directions

Blend everything together until smooth and enjoy.
