Reishi & Coconut Chia Pudding

A gut healing and immunity boosting pudding that is rich in omegas 3 and 6.


Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 1/2 tbsp black chia seeds
  • 1/2 vanilla pod seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup/honey
  • 1 tsp of Scoop's Reishi Latte Blend or reishi powder
  • fresh fruit, nuts, or granola to top

Directions

Simply whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Pop in fridge and return to whisk it again after approx 15 mins, then leave to set overnight. In the morning add to your bowls with fresh strawberries, toasted coconut and chopped nuts or anything you like.
