A classic, crunchy, snack that provides some whole grain goodness. Non-GMO, Australian, organic corn. To make popcorn, add 2 tablespoons of high heat oil (avocado oil, coconut oil or ghee) to a large pot, add 3 popcorn kernels, put the lid on the pot and add to a medium to high heat. Wait and listen for the 3 kernels to pop. As soon as you hear them pop, take off the heat, add 1/2 cup popcorn kernels and count 30 seconds, giving the pot a bit of a shake, ensure the lid is kept on. After 30 seconds, place back on the medium to high heat. Keep on the heat until the popping stops, giving occasional shakes to the pot and ensuring not to keep on the heat after the popping stops as it might burn. Once done, sprinkle with some salt, and our hint, some nutritional yeast! Serve warm and enjoy! Store popping kernels in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
