Cheesy Vegan Popcorn

The ultimate cheesy afternoon snack, this popcorn will have you coming back for more and more! Super easy to make and you can store the seasoning to use for loads of other recipes as well!

Ingredients
  • For the popcorn
  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 3 tbsp Scoop ghee
  • For the seasoning
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

To make the seasoning add all ingredients into a blender and blend until a fine powder. Store in an airtight container to be used. To make the popcorn, in a very large pot add ghee with 3 kernels of popcorn on high heat and cover. Wait until the kernels pop. As soon as the kernels have popped add the remaining popcorn kernels and shake to cover in the ghee. Remove from the heat for 30 seconds then place back on high heat covered and wait for the kernels to pop. Once the kernels have popped, transfer them into a large bowl. Sprinkle with the seasoning and serve. The popcorn can be kept in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
