Natural Australian sunflower seeds are said to aid the body's nervous system as they are high in B complex vitamins which improve focus and brain function. Also very rich in phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium, protein and vitamin E. They can be toasted in a dry pan, on a low heat until lightly golden for extra crunch. Makes an amazing snack and garnish or added to salads, muesli and granola. Store in an airtight container to keep in a cool, dry place.
