organic wild-fermented kombucha

Our Kombucha is wild-fermented, organic and a small batch micro-brew made in the Central Coast, NSW. Kombucha is made through the fermentation of tea, bacteria called scoby and raw sugar creating a delightful carbonated beverage. Our Kombucha is low in sugar (<2.5%) and high in beneficial probiotics. We also add organic superfoods and native Australian botanicals that are high in antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory benefits. Our kombucha is available in bulk and in ready-to-go bottles. Serving: 150-200ml once to twice daily (start slowly) Storage: store and serve chilled, leave in the coldest place in your fridge
