Gluten Free Crepes

A classic crepe made with Scoop's special blend of organic gluten free flour!


Ingredients
  • 2 cups scoop's own gluten free flour
  • 2 free range eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups daisy free milk of choice

Directions

Add flour to a large bowl, add eggs and whisk into a paste, then add the vanilla and milk and whisk well. Grease a large flat pan on high heat. Pour in batter and swivel your wrist with pan in hand to coat the pan with a thin layer of batter. Flip when golden,then repeat with remaining batter.
