Replace wheat flour with this nutritious alternative for gluten-free cooking and baking. For a self-raising flour add 1 tsp of gluten-free baking powder per cup of flour. A recipe formulated by Daisy as it became increasingly difficult for her to find an all-purpose gluten-free flour that was organic and not majority white rice flour. In her recipe, the brown rice flour provides for a great texture (and fibre), while the addition of banana flour and sorghum flour allow for a boost of nutritional variation.
