Protein & greens in broth is a super healthy and satisfying meal.
Add stock or broth, chickpeas, lentils, onion, garlic, bay leaf and seasoning to your slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hrs. Next add the greens and cook for a further 30 mins to 1 hr until greens are cooked. Serve and top with nuts, seeds or any garnish you like.
