Pesticide free, A-grade, Australian almonds, roasted in tamari (gluten-free, Japanese, alternative to soy sauce). Almonds are high in potassium, folic acid, vitamin E, protein and heart-healthy fats. They are said to help regulate blood pressure and cholesterol levels. They are also rich in antioxidants, helping to flush out free radicals and detox the body. They make a fantastic energy fuelled snack on their own but can be used in an endless amount of dishes from salads and stir-fries. Store in an airtight container, and keep in a cool, dry place.
