Moon Milk

The perfect sleep tonic to help you unwind at the end of the day. With the flavour of a delicious chai without the caffeine and enriched with ashwagandha to help relieve stress.

Ingredients
  • 2 heaped tbsp coconut milk powder
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp clove and nutmeg
  • 500ml milk of choice
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla paste

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Prepare a saucepan over low heat and add milk with 1 heaped tablespoon of the ashwagandha mix. Whisk over low heat to combine. Add maple syrup and vanilla paste. Pour into a mug, top with optional lavender and rose petals. Enjoy before bed to help you unwind!
