Salted Caramel Banana Ice Cream

A quick and easy vegan ice cream that tastes like a caramel soft serve! Just add all your ingredients to a blender and you are good to go. Top with melted chocolate for a decadent dessert or add some granola for a lush breakfast!

Ingredients
  • 2 medium sized frozen bananas
  • 2-3 medjool dates
  • Optional: 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Dash of milk of your choice

Directions

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until a smooth soft-serve like texture. Add more liquid if needed. Serve straight away as is or top with melted chocolate or granola.
