This sweet and tangy mocktail take on our favourite Scoop Rose & Prickly Bush Honey Kefir is sure to be the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Using our Australian dried strawberries not only as a beautiful garnish but to give your kefir a delicious flavour. Perfect for a hot summer evening.

Ingredients
  • Scoop Rose & Prickly Bush Honey Kefir
  • Handful of dried strawberries
  • 500ml sparkling water
  • Mint leaves
Directions

Combine together the kefir, strawberries, and sparkling water. You can leave this mixture to sit for 30 minutes for the flavours to infuse or drink straight away. Pour into a glass with ice and garnish with mint leaves.
