Our Kefir is wild-fermented, organic and a small batch micro-brew made in the Central Coast, NSW. Water kefir is made through the fermentation of bacteria (in the form of kefir grains), water and raw sugar creating an effervescent beverage that is lower in sugar than kombucha. Our Kefir is low in sugar (<2.5%) and high in beneficial probiotics. We also add organic superfoods and native Australian botanicals that are high in antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory benefits. Our kefir is available in bulk and in ready-to-go bottles.
