Chia “gurt” is a delicious alternative to yoghurt that makes a delicious and creamy protein packed breaky! Chia is not only high in protein, it’s full of healthy omega fats and multiple other nutrients, antioxidants and fiber.
1. Add everything to your food processor and allow to sit for 10-15 mins to allow the chia seeds to soften. 2. Then blend on high speed scraping down the sides as needed until you have smooth creamy consistency. 3. Serve with fruit or anything you like. You can also place in individual glasses in the fridge to set and eat the next day.
