Our organic Australian ghee is a healthy cooking oil with a rich buttery taste. It has a high smoke point of 250°C/482°F ideal for frying, sautéing, baking, or roasting. It is also perfect for making creamy bulletproof coffee. Ghee is rich in omega 3 and 9 fatty acids and has a high content of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, & K. Organic ghee from grass-fed cows is naturally high in linoleic acid which acts as an antioxidant. It is also rich in butyric acid which is beneficial for the health of the gastrointestinal tract. It can increase the absorption of nutrients from foods particularly herbs and spices. Suitable for vegetarians those with lactose or casein intolerance, or those adopting a ketogenic or paleo diet. Milk solids have been completely removed. Storage: shelf-stable, does not require refrigeration.
