Classic spiced falafels that can be premade and stored to add to salads, wraps and sandwiches!
To make these delicious falafel simply chop the carrots in your food processor into little pieces (or grate), Add all other ingredients and blend until you have a smooth paste. Shape as you like and roll in quinoa flakes, teff flakes or even sesame seeds. Fry gently in an oil of your choice, for about 3 mins on each side until golden. Best served warm.
