Quinoa & Teff Porridge

A new type of porridge with teff and quinoa making it high in protein.


Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1/2 cup teff flakes
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey or coconut nectar
  • a pinch of salt
  • berries and nut butter to serve

Directions

Add flakes, milk, cinnamon and honey/coconut nectar and salt to a pot and cook on a low heat until smooth and creamy. Top with berries and a splash of milk as well as an extra drizzle of honey if you like.
