Simple Chocolate Chia Mousse

An amazing sweet treat thats totally healthy.


Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
  • 6 organic medjool dates
  • 4 tbsp organic chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp organic cocoa powder or raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

Blend all ingredients together, scraping down sides and blending again until smooth. You can mix ingredients together, then allow to rest for 15 mins before blending as this helps if you don’t have a powerful food processor. Eat immediately or set in fridge in glasses or jars. Serve with fresh fruit or anything you prefer.
