Probiotic Spritz Mocktail

At Scoop we absolutely love fermented foods. And who doesn't love combining probiotics with a delicious afternoon spritz? Our wild-fermented Kombucha or Kefir paired with our Beetroot Kvass packs the perfect combination of probiotics, antioxidants and minerals like magnesium and iron.

  • 150ml Scoop Kombucha or Kefir
  • 50ml Beetroot Kvass
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh berries
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 400ml sparkling water
  • Sprinkle lavender flowers
  • Ice cubes


Mix together all ingredients except detox spritz in a large jug or in separate glasses. Before adding in the lemon and lime give them a squeeze to help release the juices. Pour the detox spritz in and serve. Optional to top with extra lavender or edible flowers.
