Reishi & Cacao Prebiotic Smoothie

A superfood, immune boosting smoothie, rich in antioxidants!


Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp tigernut flour
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp reishi powder or scoop's reishi latte blend
  • 1-2 medjool dates

Directions

Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth. Top with anything you like.
